Payment/Refund Policy
We have a strict policy as to protect ourselves, so we require a 50% downpayment payment upfront. After you have approved the final product, we will send the high quality audio to you. As for refunds, we unfortunately do not offer refunds, our engineers work for a flat fee per project that requires hours of work and you are paying them for the product and their time. If you have any issues with the product, the engineer, or anything else, we can assure you our customer service team will take care of any issues that may occur. Our goal is to provide quality products and customer service to every customer we serve.
